1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Eat With Your Eyes, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.2. Account Registration
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- One person may not maintain more than one account
- You may optionally provide a phone number for friend discovery; it will be stored securely and never shared publicly
- When you use the Find Friends feature, your contacts are hashed on your device before being sent to our servers — we never see or store raw contact data
3. User Content
- You retain ownership of content you post
- By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content within the service
- You are responsible for the content you post
- Content must not violate any laws or third-party rights
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:- Post false, misleading, or deceptive content
- Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
- Post spam or unauthorized commercial content
- Impersonate other individuals or entities
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Post content that is obscene, hateful, or promotes violence
5. Content Moderation
- We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms
- Users can report content that violates our guidelines
- Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination
6. Restaurant Information
- Restaurant information is user-contributed and may not always be accurate
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of restaurant details, hours, or menu information
- We are not responsible for your dining experiences
7. Intellectual Property
- The Eat With Your Eyes name, logo, and service are our intellectual property
- You may not use our branding without written permission
8. Disclaimers
- The service is provided "as is" without warranties
- We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the service
- We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.10. Account Termination
- You may delete your account at any time
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
- Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.12. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is incorporated.13. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
- Eat With Your Eyes offers auto-renewable subscription plans (Premium and Premium+) that provide access to enhanced features
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account or payment method at the confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase
- Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
Subscription Tiers
- Premium ($4.99/month or $47.99/year): Early access to deals, unlimited uploads, ad-free browsing, unlimited collections, priority support
- Premium+ ($9.99/month or $95.99/year): All Premium features plus exclusive deals, advanced analytics, first access to new features, and invite-only food events
Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
